Delivery, Setup and Breakdown

    • Within 15 miles- Starting at $75

    • 16-30 miles- Starting at $125

    • More than 30 miles - Custom travel quote

    Mileage is calculated from HopeMade’s operating location.

    • Basic Setup and breakdown -Starting at $150

    • Large or detailed installation- Starting at $300

    • Stairs, long-distance carrying, or limited loading access- Starting at $50

    • Same-day room transformation or installation change- Starting at $150

    • Holiday-event fee- Starting at $100

    • Late-night breakdown after 10:00p.m.-Starting at $100

    • Next-day pickup-Starting at $75

    Delivery, setup, breakdown, travel, parking, tolls, and venue-access fees may be charged separately unless specifically included in a package.

Rental-Only Requirements

    • Valid goverment-issued identification

    • Signed rental agreement

    • Refundable security deposit

    • Return by the agreed date and time

    All rental issues -fragile, oversized, electronic, or professionally assembled items are not eligible for customer pickup. All items must be setup and breakdown by staff.

Booking and Payment Policies

  • A signed agreement and nonrefundable retainer are required to reserve an event date.

  • Events under $500 require a 50% retainer.

  • Events of $500 or more require a minimum 30% retainer.

  • Remaining balances are due 14 days before the event.

  • Orders placed within 14 days of an event must be paid in full.

  • A refundable damage deposit may be required for rental items.

  • Rental items must be returned clean, undamaged, and on time

  • Clients are responsible for lost, stolen, stained, broken, or damaged inventory.

  • Outdoor setups require a weather-approved backup plan.

  • Prices may change based on availability, event date, venue requirements, customization, materials, labor, and travel.

  • Taxes and payment processing fee may apply.

  • Dates are not held without the required payment and signed agreement.
