These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HopeMade Manufacturing Company (HopeMade)website and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Custom orders are final and non-refundable once production has started.

2. Turnaround Times

• Estimated production and delivery times are provided at the start of each project. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

• If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and artwork you provide remain your property. By submitting them to us, you confirm you have the rights to use them.

• HopeMade’s original designs, photography, and website content are owned by HopeMade and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
