By submitting a design request or making payment, you acknowledge and agree that no design, logo, phrase, or image that is trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise protected intellectual property may be submitted for duplication, reproduction, or use without proper authorization.

HopeMade Manufacturing Company strictly prohibits the use of any protected marks without written consent from the trademark or copyright owner.

Under 15 U.S.C. § 1114 and § 1125 of the Lanham Act (Federal Trademark Law), the unauthorized reproduction or use of a registered trademark is illegal and may result in civil liability, statutory damages, and criminal penalties. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any designs provided do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
